All goods and materials are purchased and manufactured to order
and cannot be replaced or cancelled after production due to incorrect
ordering by our customer.
Solar Signs & Design have no minimum order rule.
All prices are excluding carriage and VAT at the current rate.
Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in material
costs and Solar Signs & Design reserve the right to increase
their prices as necessary.
Quotation prices will be held for 30 days from date of quote.
Invoice queries must be notified within 5 days of receipt.
Every effort is made to ensure that signs and other products supplied
by Solar Signs & Design conform to current legislation or standards.
These may be subject to change and it is the purchaser’s responsibility
to ensure that products are ordered correctly and subsequently used
in appropriate situations.
When using Solar Signs & Design site you agree:
- not to do anything which will or might damage, interfere with,
disrupt access to, interrupt or impair the functionality of the
information available on the site.
- not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to any
private or member accounts on the site.
- if your conduct on or whilst using Solar Signs & Design
site causes us any loss, damage or other costs, you shall be responsible
for reimbursing these costs.
- not to threaten, harass, stalk, abuse or otherwise violate
the rights of other users of the site or members of staff of Solar
Signs & Design.
- not to make unauthorised, false or fraudulent orders, bookings
or requests for services.
- not to do anything that is unlawful or which may cause any liability
for us or anyone connected to Solar Signs & Design.
Solar Signs & Design reserve the right to refuse a credit account
application without disclosing the reason for so doing.
If Solar Signs & Design’s ability to perform its obligations
is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any reason outside
their control, they shall be excused, discharged or released without
penalty from any agreed contract.
