All goods purchased remain the property of Solar Signs & Design
until paid for in full.
It is important that goods are checked at time of delivery and
in the unlikely event of damage in transit it is essential that
‘DAMAGED’ is written on the delivery note. It is also
important to check there are no missing parcels at time of delivery
and if so ‘MISSING GOODS’ must be written on the delivery
note. Should either of these situations occur it is essential that
the person checking the goods adds his/her name to the appropriately
marked delivery note. Any damaged or missing parcels must be reported
to Solar Signs & Design within 24 hours of receipt. Failure
to do this means that we cannot be held responsible, we will be
unable to make a claim to the delivery company and in this event
reserve the right to refuse any late claims.
Damaged goods must be returned to Solar Signs & Design within
3 working days for a replacement or refund. No goods may be returned
without prior consent being obtained.
Overseas orders will be treated on an individual basis.
