Solar Signs & Design will normally despatch items from stock within
24 hours of receipt of order and 5 - 7 working days for non-stock
items.
Despatch/delivery of bespoke products are dependant upon artwork
approval etc. and individual customer requirements.
Delivery is normally handled by a courier and related costs are
dictated by size of parcel and any specific urgent requirement by
customer. Local deliveries are carried out by our own transport
wherever possible.
Delivery costs will be agreed at time of quoting and you can contact
a member of our sales team for more information.
Where Solar Signs & Design has agreed to arrange delivery of
the goods, the following provisions will apply:
- The goods will be delivered to the address stated on the order
or alternatively confirmed by e-mail prior to despatch by the
customer.
- Solar Signs & Design shall not be held responsible for
items delivered to the wrong address by the Courier or left unattended
by customer’s staff.
- Solar Signs & Design will always endeavour to meet a customers’
specified required time if advised but cannot be held responsible
for late delivery or damaged goods caused by the Courier.
- Delivery notes and goods must be checked and signed for at
time of delivery.
- Late deliveries MUST BE reported within 24 hours of expected
arrival and Solar Signs & Design shall not be responsible
for any loss or damage suffered by the Purchaser as a result of
any such late delivery caused by a third party.
