The most commonly used material in the sign industry and first
choice for signs in our stock range. We use 2 to 3mm board for signs
up to 400x600mm and 3 to 5mm for larger sizes. Many other suppliers
use 1mm rigid which is less substantial and more flexible.
Product description
Foam sheet is a lightweight, cost effective plastic designed to
give an ideal ombination of strength and durability which will not
deteriorate easily when used in outside locations. Available in
a range of colours in either matt or gloss surface finishes. The
matt finish is used for all our stock sign range.
- Smooth silky surface.
- Ideal for surfaces when Self-Adhesive vinyl is not suitable.
- Holes can easily be punched or drilled, alternatively apply
Silicone or fixing tabs and fit directly to the wall.
- Easily applied to a backboard for fixing to posts etc.
Technical information
This material has a uniform closed cell structure. This ensures
that water absorption is minimal. This material has achieved Class
1 Surface Spread of Flames designation, does not corrode and is
pest resistant.
